A Szegedi Tudományegyetem Általános Orvostudományi Kar Orvosi Genetikai Intézete és a Szegedi Alapítvány a Magzati Betegségek Megelőzéséért és Gyógyításáért kiemelt közhasznú szervezet az elmúlt 14 évben kilenc alkalommal rendezett egyre növekvő érdeklődéssel kísért tudományos továbbképzést a Down kór, illetve a magzati orvostan aktuális témaköreiből.
A 2012-ben következő X. Down szimpózium 50 ponttal akkreditált, kötelezően szinten tartó továbbképzés (OFTEX). Célja a magzati medicina új eredményeinek és más orvosi disciplinákhoz való kapcsolódásának ismertetése.
A tudományos program felöleli a prenatális szűrés és diagnózis korszerű módszereit, a várandós 12. heti komplex vizsgálatát, a magzat strukturális rendellenességeinek és a genetikai szindrómáknak 18–20. heti ultrahang szűrését, az új gondozási piramist, a magzat etikai és jogi helyzetét. A terhespatológiai kórképek: a toxaemia, a hypertensio, a diabetes mellitus epigenetikai megközelítése, korai előrejelzése, megelőzése mellett a Hands on Ultrasound Training gyakorlati programmal várjuk a kedves érdeklődőket.
Fő témák
1. A magzati medicina: új disciplina
2. Embryosonographia, terhesgondozás a 11. hétig. Korai magzati veszteség. Genetikai, endokrin, infekciós háttér
3. A Down szindróma előfordulási gyakorisága, DNS és RNS alapú magzati genetikai diagnosztika
4. A Down szindróma ultrahang és biokémiai szűrése az I., II. trimeszterben
5. Újdonságok és innovációk a szűrés és a genetikai tanácsadás terén
6. Monogénes betegségek szűrése ultrahanggal
7. Magzati szív és más strukturális rendellenességek szűrése az I., II. trimeszterben
8. A 10–12. heti komplex szűrés a magzati és anyai kórképek korai felismerésére
9. A toxaemia korai diagnózisa és prevenciója. Az epigenom.
10. Szülészeti kórképek és komplex betegségek transzgenerációs eredete. Fetal programming
11. Egyes és többes terhességek diagnosztikája és gondozása. Paradigmaváltás
12. Etikai szempontok. Érdeke-e a magzatnak a prenatális szűrés?
13. Szülészeti-nőgyógyászati számítógépes programok
14. Segítő szervezetek, fejlesztő terápiák
15. Hands On Ultrasound Training
A következő szakképesítésekhez 50 ponttal kötelező szinten-tartó vagy kötelezően választható tanfolyamként számolható el:
• szülészet-nőgyógyászat,
• klinikai genetika,
• csecsemő és gyermekgyógyászat,
• neonatológia,
• háziorvostan,
• belgyógyászat
• bőrgyógyászat,
• igazságügyi orvostan
• megelőző orvostan és népegészségtan
Minden egyéb szakképesítéshez 50 ponttal szabadon választhatóként számolható el.
