Helyszín: ÉPC-Honvédkórház, Budapest Róbert K. krt. 44. (bejárat a Papp Károly utcából) „Kék terem” (az épületben a bejárattól tájékoztató táblák lesznek elhelyezve).
Közlekedés: A kórház 4 perc séta az Árpád híd pesti hídfőjétől (3-as, kék metró), megközelíthető 1-es villamossal, 32-es autóbusszal.
Jelentkezés:
Diplomások számára (orvos, klinikai biokémikus, egyéb diplomások) az alul letölthető diplomás jelentkezési lap kitöltésével és elektronikus úton való elküldésével a vfrozika@gmail.com e-mail címre 2023. szeptember 25-ig.
Részvételi díj 5000 Ft, amit a Magyar Immunológai Társaság 11711034-20018054-00000000 számú bankszámlájára kérünk átutalni. Amennyiben az átutaláshoz számla szükséges a jelentkezési lapon kérjük a következő adatokat megadni:
- A fizetés előre vagy utólag (a számla megérkezése után) fog-e megtörténni?
- Magánszemély utalja-e az összeget, vagy cég?
- A számla kiállítását természetes személy, vagy cég nevére kéri?

Részvételi díjat azoknak kell fizetnie, akik a Tanfolyam elvégzésével szakképzési pontot szeretnének jóváíratni. A rendezvénynek helyszínt adó ÉPC-Honvédkórház dolgozóinak részvétele, ill. a szakképzési pontok jóváírása térítésmentes.
