Dear Colleague, It is our pleasure to invite you to Vichy on the occasion of the 31st European Childhood Obesity Group (ECOG 2022) congress. ECOG 2022 will take place from the 2nd to the 4th of November in Vichy, a city bursting with a wide choice of world class attractions, legendary music and culture and worldwide renowned thermal baths. This year’s congress aims to bring together childhood obesity experts and young scientists from across Europe. The scientific programme will approach the multidisciplinary nature of childhood obesity prevention and treatment, giving the floor to some of the finest experts in policies and management strategies, dietary interventions, appetite and eating behaviours, pharmacological strategies as well and family programs and general physiology and metabolism. In addition, international associations such as the World Health Organization and the European Association for the Study of Obesity will animate and lead specific sessions. ECOG 2022 will be an excellent opportunity to meet, discuss and share information and experiences with like-minded colleagues. It will be the perfect occasion for practitioners to share the experiences and enrich their career and for early career students and scientists to take their first step in the field, guided by international experts and mentors. A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága online megszervezi a Szegedi Nephrologiai Klinikopathológiai Esetbemutatások 40. évfolyamának 2. ülését, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk.
Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:
1. 71 éves nő. Se-creatinin 675 umolL, eGFR 5 mL/min/tf., haematuria; pANCA-pozitív. MRTG: tiszta tüdő. (klinikum: Dr. Bitó László, szövettan: Dr. Túrkevi-Nagy Sándor).
2. 66 éves férfi. Gyermekkorban szteroiddal kezelt vesebetegség. 2TDM 15 éve, fönnáll retinopathia, polyneuropathia. Rezisztens hypertonia. Kb. 6 hónapja oedemásodás. Szérum kreatinin 137 umol/L, albumin 26 g/l, koleszterin 11,6 mmol/L; eGFR 46 mL/min/tf, proteinuria 650 mg/dl, biopszia idején vizeletben 5-6 vvt, addig nem. (klinikum: Dr. Légrády Péter, szövettan: Dr. Túrkevi-Nagy Sándor).
3. 57 éves férfi. 2021. december: beszűkült vesefunkció, emelkedett gyulladásos értékek, MRTG: hydrothorax l.u., többgócú pneumonia. 2022. május (Bx): szérum kreatinin 233 umol/L, eGFR 26 ml/min/tf, proteinuria 2 g/nap, dysmorph mikrohaematuria. Frissen felfedezett hypertonia, 2TDM. (klinikum: Dr. Berkesi Erika, Dr. Bitó László, szövettan: Prof. Iványi Béla).
