A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága online megszervezi a Szegedi Nephrologiai Klinikopathológiai Esetbemutatások 40. évfolyamának 1. ülését, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk.
Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:
1. 75 éves nő. 1,5 g/nap proteinúria, mikrohematúria, eGFR 49 ml/min/tf. ANA, ds-DNS, anti-C1q antitest pozitív. Hipertónia 20 éve, 2-es típusú diabétesz 8 éve ismert polineuropátiával. Másfél éve gyorsult süllyedés miatt mieloma irányában vizsgálták, klonális plazmasejt szaporulat nem igazolódott. (klinikum: Dr. Bitó László, Dr. Ladóczky-Hulló Daniella, szövettan: Dr. Túrkevi-Nagy Sándor).
2. 33 éves férfi. 1-es típusú diabétesze 23 éve ismert. 2013-ban mikroalbuminúria, 2014-ben manifeszt proteinúria, 2020 őszétől 5-6 g/nap körüli, októbertől nefrózis szindróma. Hasi UH: nagyobb vesék. EGFR CKD-EPI 2021 formulával 110 ml/min/1,73 m2. Retinopátia diabetika ismert, 10 éve hipertónia is. BMI 28 kg/m2. (klinikum: Dr. Légrády Péter, hozzászólás: Prof. Prohászka Zoltán, szövettan: Dr. Túrkevi-Nagy Sándor).
3. 52 éves nő. Hemodialízist igénylő heveny veseelégtelenség, hiperkalcémia, anémia. Vizeletében 5 g/nap proteinúria, mikrohematúria. Egy év alatt 10 kg-os fogyás, csontfájdalmat nem panaszolt. (klinikum: Dr. Bitó László, szövettan: Prof. Iványi Béla).
