Felhívom a figyelmét, hogy határozatképtelenség esetén a megismételt közgyűlést ugyanezen a helyen, 2019. május 09-én, 18.10 óra időpontban változatlan napirenddel hívom össze. A megismételt közgyűlés, törvényi előírásoknak megfelelően a résztvevők számától függetlenül határozatképes.

A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága nephrológiai klinikopathológiai esetbemutatást szervez, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk.
Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:
1. 61 éves nő. Két hónapja tünetes nephrosis syndroma, 19 éve hypertonia, 13 éve T2DM, BMI 37,9 kg/m2. (klinikum: Dr. Bitó László, szövettan: Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
2. 55 éves férfi. Mikrohaematuria, proteinuria 0,38 g/l, serum kreatinin 145 umol/l, eGFR 46 ml/min, 12 éve hypertonia, 20 éve HCV-kiváltotta idült hepatitis. (klinikum: Dr. Letoha Annamária, szövettan: Prof. Iványi Béla).
3. 25 éves férfi. Nephrosis syndroma, mikrohaematuria, eGFR 90 ml/min felett, serum kreatinin 77 umol/l. 2013-ban mesangialis lupus nephritis veseelégtelenséggel. Szteroidot cataracta miatt kihagyták. Imurant és Delagilt elhagyta/rendszertelenül szedte. (klinikum Dr.
Schulcz Domonkos és a Reumatológiai és Immunológiai Klinika egyik munkatársa,
szövettan: Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).

Online jelentkezés workshopra
A gyermeksebészek, valamint a gyermekaneszteziológus- és intenzív orvosok között évek óta beszédtéma egy közös kongresszus megszervezése. A két együtt dolgozó, a munkában egymásra utalt szakág mindennapjaiban ugyanis számos szakmai kérdés vetődik fel, amely kölcsönösen indokolja a másik fél ismeretanyagának bővítését. Ez az igény 2019 tavaszán valósul meg, a Magyar Gyermekaneszteziológiai és Intenzív Terápiás Társaság és a Magyar Gyermeksebész Társaság közös kongresszusának megrendezésével. A 3 napos rendezvény során lehetőség nyílik a problémakörök gyermeksebészeti és aneszteziológiai/intenzív terápiás szempontjainak megbeszélésével egységes szemlélet és irányelvek kialakítására. A tudományos program összeállításánál a referátumok mellett természetesen számítunk fiatal kollégáink és szakdolgozóink aktív részvételére is.
Bízunk abban, hogy közös kongresszusunk szakmailag sikeres lesz és számos kérdésre ad megnyugtató választ mindkét szakterület számára. A tudományos rész mellett a jó hangulatot színvonalas esti tásasági programok garantálják.
A tanfolyam a Semmelweis Egyetem által SE-TK/2019.I./00308 kódszámon akkreditált szabadon választható továbbképző tanfolyam.
Sikeres tesztírás esetén orvos résztvevők 32 kreditpontot szerezhetnek, s a kreditpontok az OFTEX és GYOFTEX portálokon feltüntetett szakképesítéseknél szakma szerinti pontszámként kerülnek jóváírásra.
