A Magyar Stroke Társaság minden évben, a Stroke Napján kívánja felhívni a lakosság figyelmét az érrendszeri megbetegedések gyakoriságára, valamint a megelőzés fontosságára és módszereire.
Évente 1,4 millió ember veszíti életét agyiér-katasztrófa következtében, és a rokkantságok legnagyobb részéért is a stroke a felelős. A magasvérnyomás 60 százalékkal gyakoribb Európában, mint az Észak-Amerikai kontinensen, ugyanakkor mintegy 60 százalékkal több stroke fordul elő Európában, mint Amerikában.
A WHO (Egészségügyi Világszervezet) szerint 2020-ra a szívbetegségek és a stroke lesznek világszerte a vezetők úgy a halálozás, mint a rokkantság területén. Az előrejelzések azt mutatják, hogy a halálos kimenetelű események száma évi 20 millió fölé fog emelkedni, 2030-ra várhatóan több mint évi 24 millió ember fogja ezen betegségek következtében az életét veszíteni.
Magyarországra lebontva hazánkban évente 18 ezren halnak meg szélütésben, a betegek negyede fiatalabb, mint 60 éves, a férfiak átlag 5 esztendővel hamarabb kapják meg a stroke-ot, mint a nők. Becsült adatok szerint jelenleg 200-250 ezer agyi-infarktust elszenvedett beteg él közöttünk. Éppen ezért nagyon fontos a megelőzés. |

A háromórás műhelyt Dr. Jakubovits Edit aneszteziológus, pszichoterapeuta tartja. Minden érdeklődő kollégát, diákot szívesen látunk!
Dr. Jakubovits Edit tapasztalatai alapján kerül áttekintésre és megvitatásra a szuggesztió fogalma, hatásai és törvényei. Az emberi létezés kezdetétől jelenlévő hatások, mint szuggesztív tényezők alakítják ki azt a mély, belső mag-hitrendszert, mely segít eligazodni és túlélni az adott környezetben. A koragyermekkorban spontán felvett negatív szuggesztiók interiorizálódnak, ennek révén autoszuggesztióként működnek tovább. A hipnózis, vagy bármiféle pszichoterápia csak akkor tud valódi változást hozni, ha elérik ezt a belső mag-hitrendszert. Így minden külső szuggesztió csak átmeneti hatással bírhat, és egy lehetőséget adhat ahhoz, hogy az egyén létrehozhassa saját maga változását, és végre önmaga lehessen.
