A Szegedi Alapítvány a Magzati Genetikai Betegségek Megelőzéséért és Gyógyításáért és a Szegedi Tudományegyetem Általános Orvostudományi Kar Orvosi Genetikai Intézete 2013. május 23-24-25-én XI. DOWN-SZIMPÓZIUM: Továbbképző Konferencia a Magzati Orvostan Aktuális Fejezeteiből címmel tudományos fórumot és továbbképzést rendez, amelyre tisztelettel meghívja a hazai és a szomszédos országok szakembereit előadás tartására, illetve résztvevőként.

Fő témák:
1. A magzati orvostudomány: új orvosi specialitás (magzatgyógyászat)
2. A perikoncepcionális gondozás. Magzatvédő vitaminok
3. Várandósgondozás a 12. hétig
4. A korai magzati veszteség új szemlélete. Genetikai vagy endokrin ok? Mi az, ami megelőzhető?
5. A perikonceptionális és a várandósság alatti optimális vitaminellátás. Mi a sok, mi a kevés?
6. A magzati kromoszóma rendellenességek szűrése és diagnosztikája
7. Nem invazív szűrés anyai vérből
8. Újdonságok és innovációk a szűrés és a genetikai tanácsadás terén
9. Ritka (monogénes) betegségek és intrauterin szűrésük. Az ultrahang szerepe
10. Magzati szív és más strukturális rendellenességek szűrése az I., II. trimeszterben
11. A 10-12. heti komplex szűrés a magzati és anyai kórképek korai felismerésére
12. A toxaemia korai diagnózisa és prevenciója. Epigenetikai vonatkozások
13. Fetal programming: a szülészeti kórképek és komplex betegségek transzgenerációs eredete
14. Paradigmaváltás a többes terhességek gondozásában
15. Az Astraia szülészeti-nőgyógyászati számítógépes program FMF adatkezelés tanfolyam
16. Etikai szempontok. Érdeke-e a magzatnak a prenatális szűrés?
17. Segítő szervezetek, fejlesztő terápiák
18. Ultrahang gyakorlat
Kredit pont:
Szakképesítések, amelyekhez 50 ponttal szakma szerinti pontszámként elszámolható:
- szülészet-nőgyógyászat,
- gyermeknőgyógyászat
- klinikai genetika,
- csecsemő és gyermekgyógyászat,
- neonatológia,
- háziorvostan,
- megelőző orvostan és népegészségtan,
- radiológia, plusz további 5 szakképesítés lásd www.oftex.hu.
A fenti felsorolásban nem szereplő minden egyéb szakképesítés esetében 50 ponttal szabadon választhatóként számolható el.
