A Közgyűlés akkor határozatképes, ha azon a tagoknak legalább a fele jelen van. Amennyiben a közgyűlés határozatképtelen, úgy a megismételt Közgyűlés tartására 2012. június 1. napján 17.30 órakor kerül sor (a Holló-emlékelőadást követően). A megismételt közgyűlés – ugyanezen napirendi pontok vonatkozásában – a megjelentek létszámától függetlenül határozatképes. |
