A Semmelweis Egyetem Pszichiátriai és Pszichoterápiás Klinika és a Magyar Viselkedéstanulmányi és Kognitív Terápiás Egyesület (VIKOTE) közös szervezésében és bonyolításában 2010. szeptemberében 1 éves kognitív viselkedésterápiás szemléletű gyermek-pszichoterapeuta képzés indul.

A képzésre azon pszichológusok, pszichiáterek, pszichoterapeuták jelentkezését várjuk, akik rendelkeznek pszichoterápiás alapképzéssel.

A képzés időtartama:

1 év (két félév) 20 alkalom, melynek megoszlása: kéthetente 5 óra. Két óra elmélet, három óra gyakorlat, pénteki napokon.

Az lmélet célja: a kognitív viselkedésterápia gyermekekre adaptált módszereinek bemutatása a gyermek- és serdülőkori pszichopatológia területén (szorongás, depresszió, kényszer, pervazív zavarok, funkciózavarok, agresszivitás és magatartászavarok, tanulási nehézségek stb.)

A gyakorlat célja: az elméletben elsajátítottak klinikai gyakorlati alkalmazása. Esetreferálások, esetmegbeszélések.

Vizsgakötelezettség: félévenként két eset írásbeli leadása, valamit szóbeli vizsga.

Tanúsítvány: a képzés elvégzését tanúsítvány igazolja.

A képzés helye: kihelyezett képzés, Heim Pál Gyermekkórház, Bp. 1089 Üllői út 86.

A képzést a Semmelweis Egyetem és Európai Pszichoterápiás Szövetség /EAP/ akkreditálta.

A képzés hangsúlyt helyez a pszichoterápiás elméleti alapok és a gyakorlati klinikai munka elsajátításának biztosítására.

Propedeutikai fázis

Az egy éves propedeutikai fázis a szakvizsga-képzés részeként tartalmazza az elméleti és gyakorlati követelményeket szakorvosok és pszichológusok számára.

A propedeutikai fázis önálló továbbképzésként ajánlható más diplomával rendelkező segítő foglalkozású szakembereknek is (gyógypedagógusok, szociális munkások, védőnők, mentálhigiénés szakemberek) akiknek munkájában hangsúlyos szerepet kap a kapcsolati folyamatok megértése és kezelése.

A képzés betekintést nyújt a pszichoterápia elméleti és módszertani alaptételeibe és bevezet a dinamikus pszichoterápiás irányú kivizsgálás, valamint a pszichoterápiás tanácsadás és betegvezetés gyakorlatába. A tanév végére a hallgatók elsajátítják a pszichoterápiás irányú exploráció gyakorlatát is.

Klinikai fázis

A két éves klinikai fázis lehetőséget nyújt a pszichoterápiás elméleti alapok és a gyakorlati klinikai munkamód elsajátítására.

Jelentkezhetnek pszichiáter szakorvosok, klinikai szakpszichológusok illetve a propedeutikai fázist sikeresen elvégzett szakorvosok és pszichológusok.

A képzés nagy hangsúlyt helyez a rövidterápiák diagnosztikai, indikációs és terápiás előkészítését biztosító pszichoterápiás első interjú gyakorlatának elsajátítására. A második év gyakorlati követelményeként a hallgatók szupervízió mellett rövid pszichoterápiás eseteket visznek. A tematika kiterjed a korszerű pszichoszomatikus ismeretekre, a pszichopatológia, a pszichodinamika és a feltáró pszichoterápiák alapismereteire. A képzés keretében elsajátítható az Operacionalizált Pszichodinamikus Diagnosztika, az egyes kórképek speciális terápiás megoldásai, valamint a gyógyszeres terápia és pszichoterápia kombinálásának kérdései. A pszichoterápiás ismeretanyag dinamikus szemléletű rövid pszichoterápiára készít fel és önismereti sajátélményű egyéni terápiával és szupervízióval a vonatkozó módszerspecifikus egyesületi keretek között módszerspecifikus képzéssé is kiegészíthető.

Az elvégzett klinikai fázis bármely módszerspecifikus pszichoterápiás irányzattal kombinálható. Budapesten a képzést kéthetente, pénteki napokon 10.00 – 15.15 óra között tartjuk.

Debrecenben és Szegeden a képzés blokkos formában történik, havi egy alkalommal két nap, szombaton és vasárnap, egy tanévben 10 alkalommal.

A képzési napok elméleti előadásokból, szemináriumokból és esetmegbeszélő csoportokból épülnek fel.

A tanfolyam önköltséges, évente vizsgával, a képzés végén esettanulmány megvédésével zárul.

A Spanyol Aneszteziológai Társaság (Sociedad Española de Anestesiología, Reanimación y Terapéutica del Dolor (SEDAR)), a Latin-Amerikai Aneszteziológiai Társaságok Szövetsége (Confederación Latinoamericana de Sociedades de Anestesiología (CLASA) ) és az EACTAIC közös mellkassebészeti anesztéziai kongresszusa (VIII Jornadas de actualización sobre Anestesiología y Reanimación en Cirugía Torácica) 2022. november 10-12. között kerül megrendezésre Valenciában.

It has been more than 2 years ago since the World Congress of the IACD was planned to happen in my hometown Dresden, Germany, also known as  Florence on the Elbe River. Many efforts had been made and a programme of high scientific impact was created with the support of ICAD and many colleagues from all over the world. But with early spring 2020, the first wave of SARS-CoV-2-pandemic hit Europe, and the lockdown spread. While we hoped to have the congress in 2021, other waves of the pandemic made it not happen. Nevertheless, the spirit of the World Congresses of IACD has never been lost. With the new location on the Isle of Malta and the leadership of distinguished ​colleague Joseph Pace, who chaired the inaugural IACD Malta Congress in 1999​, and his crew, the dreams ​will surely ​come true. We all hope to celebrate Cosmetic Dermatology again and continue the long line of successful and memorable events. Friendship, science, and social life will find a new start under the Mediterranean sun. It has become more important than ever that people of many different countries meet in a peaceful way to exchange ideas and experiences. Congratulations to the scientific committee for a superb programme. I wish – and I am sure it will happen – a most successful congress.

This will indeed be a Congress with a difference, impacted in various ways by both the Covid pandemic and even more worryingly the terrible events in Eastern Europe. Our solidarity, our love, and our prayers go to the brave people of Ukraine in their time of suffering when they were put to the test and not found wanting. We also keep in mind all those who lost their lives, most on the principle of love of their country, but many others used as cannon fodder, without knowing why they were at war.

Together with my marvellous team, we have worked hard to address the seemingly endless logistical problems that have arisen, most of which have been successfully negotiated, with us finally being in the position to make the website active this very week. We have, together with Uwe Wollina, agreed to utilise the core scientific programme prepared in such detail for the Dresden meeting ( see the invitation to Dresden speakers) for which we are most grateful. We will continue our efforts to enable our profession to recover from the adversity of the last two years and resume the personal exchange of medical advances and science, as well as the camaraderie that has been the hallmark of IACD meetings since 1999. With your active participation and support, we hope not to be found wanting! In this situation, flexibility has to be the order of the day as events unfold here, there, and everywhere. This applies to the scientific programme in particular and this will be finalised later once final confirmations have been received.
