| A pszichiátriai ellátásban dolgozó szakdolgozók 1998-ban Balassagyarmaton indították el vándor konferenciájukat, mely évről évre alkalmat adott szakmai továbbképzésre, kölcsönös információ átadásra, jó gyakorlatok összegyűjtésére, közös célok megfogalmazására. Az elmúlt évek változásai folyamatos megújulást, alkalmazkodást igényelnek a pszichiátriai szakterületen dolgozó multidiszciplináris Team-ektől. A XXI. század szakdolgozói már nemcsak a betegágy melletti folyamatokban, hanem a beteg és környezetének egészségkultúrájának fejlesztésében is meghatározó szerepet képviselnek. |
