A 20 órás, 2 napos workshop során bevezetjük a résztvevőket a tapasztalati tanulás-alapú terápiás folyamatok, a kaland/élmény- és vadonterápia alapvető fogalomrendszerébe, pszichoterápiás célú felhasználásának alapjaiba.
A képzés első felében a résztvevők megismerhetik a tapasztalati tanulás modelljeit, kognitív-viselkedésterápiával való kapcsolatát, terápiás hatótényezőit. A szabadban végzett sajátélmény-gyakorlatok során a kaland- és élményterápiás technikákkal való ismerkedés van fókuszban, valamint a résztvevők megtapasztalhatják a módszer önismeretet fejlesztő hatását is. Minden sajátélmény-gyakorlathoz ún. metadebriefing is kapcsolódik, mely az adott gyakorlat gyermek/serdülő/felnőtt csoportban való felhasználhatóságára és praktikus csoportvezetési információk átadására irányul.
A képzés második felében a hangsúly a kaland és a természet, mint eszköz és környezet – a terápiás folyamatban való – alkalmazására irányul. A résztvevők sajátélmény-gyakorlatokon és metapozícióból is rátekinthetnek egy-egy eszközre és gyakorlatra, melyeket később a saját gyakorlatukban is alkalmazhatnak. Emellett szó lesz a módszer oktatásban való felhasználhatóságáról, a terápiás alkalmazás lehetőségeiről, a magasabb kihívást jelentő feladatok biztonsági előírásairól és a csoportdinamikai folyamatokról is.
Fontos: a képzés egy része sajátélmény jellegű, így az időjárásnak megfelelő, szabadtéri aktivitásokra alkalmas ruházat szükséges. |
