És máris elérkeztünk egy „kis jubileumhoz”, hiszen ötödik alkalommal kerül sor Szekszárdon a Hypertonia Napok rendezvényére. A mottót, a fő témát az adja, hogy a Magyar Hypertonia Társaság éppen 30 éves! Az alapítók közül nagy örömünkre szolgál, hogy meghívottaink között üdvözölhetjük Farsang Csaba professzor urat, aki idén töltötte be 80. életévét, így rendezvényünket az ő megünnepelésének fogjuk szentelni! A meghívott előadók nagy része, mint ahogy a hazai hypertonologia területén tevékenykedő kollégák döntő többsége igen sokat köszönhet Farsang professzornak, így a felkért előadókat a közös élmények felidézésére is megkértük.

Kedves Gyermekgyógyászok!
A COVID előtt az MGYT Fiatal szekciója elindított egy kezdeményezést, az úgynevezett Vándorgyűlést, melyeken egy-egy fontos gyermekgyógyászatot érintő téma átbeszélése történt.
Ezen gyűlések célja, hogy olyan, gyakorlatias jellegű, célorientált előadásokat hallgathassatok, ahol a fiatalok többsége érintettnek érzi magát, pl. red flag-ek, differenciál diagnosztika és első teendők területen stb.
Szeretnénk meghívni Titeket a 2023.11.24-én 16:00-tól a Semmelweis Egyetem- Gyermekklinikák Tűzoltó utcai részlegén tartandó Vándorgyűlésre, melynek témája a Hematológia.

Kedves Kollégák!
A hyperthermiás intraperitonealis chemoterápia (HIPEC) ma már nem számít új eljárásnak. Jóllehet a beavatkozást Sugarbaker professzor a múlt évezred végén kifejlesztette, mégis viszonylag kevés helyen végzik, országunkban is sokáig egyedül a Jósa András Kórházban történtek ilyen műtéteket. Ennek oka többrétű. Egyrészről biztosan szerepet játszik benne, hogy rendkívül komplex sebészeti technikát igényel mely ennél fogva nem mentes a szövődmények lehetőségétől. Kihívást jelent a társszakmák -anaesthesiológia, intenzív terápia, pathológia - számára is. Másrészről azonban az eljárásnak meg kell küzdenie az őt övező szkepticizmussal. A hashártyán terjedő daganatok kórjóslata általában rendkívül rossz. A klinikai onkológia ugyanakkor egyre újabb és újabb szisztémás terápiás lehetőségeket vonultat fel. Nem mindig egyszerű feladat kiválasztani azokat a betegeket, akik profitálhatnak a cytoreduktív sebészet (CRS) HIPEC-kel kombinált formájából, illetve időben meghozni a megfelelő döntést a beteg kezelési tervét illetően.
Mégis mostanra már 4 magyarországi centrumban végzünk CRS+HIPEC műtéteket. Ezért gondoljuk időszerűnek hogy beszéljünk róla. A kérdés nem csak sebészeti jellegű, ezért tudományos ülésünkön igyekszünk több oldalról körbejárni a problémát. Új pathológiai fogalmakkal ismerkedhetünk meg, átgondolhatjuk milyen kihívást jelent a CRS+HIPEC az anaesthesiológus számára a műtőben illetve az intenzív osztályon. Beszélünk a betegszelekcióról, érintünk onkológiai kérdéseket és igyekszünk áttekinteni az elért és elérhető
eredményeket. Tudományos ülésünket így multidiszciplináris formában rendezzük, várjuk nemcsak a sebészek, hanem az onkológusok, nőgyógyászok, pathológusok, anaesthesiológusok részvételét is. A programot Antonio Sommariva előadásai színesítik, aki az egyik legnagyobb olasz HIPEC központ vezető sebésze.
Minden érdeklődőt szeretettel várunk a Budapesti Uzsoki Utcai Kórház és a Jósa András Kórház közösen rendezett tudományos ülésére.
