A Semmelweis Egyetem Sebészeti, Transzplantációs és Gasztroenterológiai Klinika és a Negatívnyomás-terápiával a Sebgyógyulásért Egyesület közös szervezésében

A Negatívnyomás-terápiával a Sebgyógyulásért Egyesület immár 6. alkalommal rendezi meg Szakmai Napját, hagyományosnak tekinthető módon a Semmelweis Egyetem Sebészeti, Transzplantációs és Gasztroenterológiai Klinikájával közösen.
Amikor az Egyesület 2016-ban – némi optimizmussal – Szakmai Nap szervezésébe fogott, célja csupán a hazánkban akkor alig ismert, és csak elvétve alkalmazott korszerű sebkezelési eljárás megismertetése volt. Ez idő tájt még a szervezők sem gondoltak arra, hogy évente – később kétévente - ismétlődő szakmai találkozók sorozatát indítják útjára: 2024-ben már a VI. Szakmai Napot szervezzük! Az eddigi években megjelent több, mint ezer résztvevő, valamint több száz (csak 2022-ben közel 60!) prezentáció ugyanis azt jelzi, hogy hagyomány született. Bízunk a kollégák nem szűnő aktivitásában, az idei rendezvény sikerében is!
A hagyomány ápolása tehát állandó célja a szervezőknek, a szakmai program fókuszában azonban igyekszünk minden évben, így 2024-ben is új szempontokat állítani. Kiemelt figyelmet szánunk a súlyos, progrediáló szövetpusztulással kísért bőr-/lágyrészfolyamatokra, így pld. Fournier gangrénás, valamint a hydradentisi suppurativa (HAS) miatt negatívnyomás-terápiában részesült betegekről születő beszámolókra. Az esetek nagy száma, valamint a végtagmentéssel foglalkozó társegyesületekkel való további együttműködés érdekében idén is főtémaként tekintünk a krónikus sebek (diabeteses láb (DFU- diabetic foot ulcer, valamint a decubitus) problémakörére. Új témakörként az NPWT prevenciós alkalmazása is belekerült a programba. Végül a gasztroenterológia szövődményes eseteinek ellátásában szerzett, egyre nagyobb számú, kedvező tapasztalat ismeretében fokozott érdeklődéssel várjuk az endoszkópos technikával pozícionált (endoluminalis/endocavitális) vákuumkezelésről szóló beszámolókat.
Örömteli módon korábbi rendezvényeink is „sokszakmásak” voltak: sebésztől a gyermekgyógyászig, szemésztől a kárhely-felszámoló honvédorvosig, bőrgyógyásztól az orvos-közgazdászig számtalan szakemberrel találkozhattunk, és sokat tanulhattunk egymástól.
Az eddigi öt emlékezetes rendezvényünkhöz hasonlóan sikeresnek remélt, újabb Szakmai nap alkalmából idén is aktív részvételre buzdítva és őszinte érdeklődéssel invitáljuk a rendezvényre valamennyi, korszerű sebellátási gyakorlattal rendelkező Kollégánkat, valamint az ez iránt érdeklődőket!

We want to get your attention to the Austrian Symposium on Dialysis Access and Central Venous Catheters which will take place for the 5th time in Vienna 5th-6th of December 2025.
It is an interdisciplinary, multiprofessional meeting where all dialysis-relevant stakeholders (nephrology, shunt surgery, dialysis care, radiology, patients, industry) meet. It is therefore an unprecedented opportunity to get to know state of the art treatment/diagnostic methods as well as innovations on this field.
After all 4 previous symposia were very well received with over 200 participants each, we have decided to continue organizing this meeting. This year, we also decided to open the symposium to more neighboring countries besides Germany, Italy and Switzerland to give more colleagues the opportunity to be part of this meeting as a multiprofessional access platform with excellent international speakers and many training programs. This is one of the very few meetings worldwide offering such masterclasses.

The proven concept of the 2-day conference will be retained: The scientific sessions with lectures by world-renowned experts will take place on the first day (05.12.2025) at the Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Vienna Schönbrunn. On the second day of the congress (December 6, 2025), we will offer several master classes/“hands-on” workshops on various topics, which will take place either in the congress hotel or at the Anatomical Institute of the Medical University of Vienna, as these are courses on human specimens.
To be in Vienna during the Advent season will be even more special due to our venue location next to Schönbrunn allowing visits at the beautiful Christmas market before or after the meeting.
Please be aware that most of the talks on the 1st day are in German (see program), but the workshops and masterclasses are mainly independent of language - based on their training/hands-on character and our international tutors.
Slots are limited on both days and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
