| Helyszín: Igazságügyi és Rendészeti Szervek Központi Kórház (volt BM Kórház) Kórház előadóterme - 1071 Budapest, Városligeti fasor 9-13. |
A rendezvény ingyenes, kredit pont érték megállapítása folyamatban van (2005-ben 10 pontot ért).
Előzetes regisztráció ajánlatos (bmbel3@citromail.hu, vagy a szervezőknél telefonon: (06-1) 462-5600), mert a terem befogadóképessége korlátozott.
A rendezvény célja: továbbképzés jellegű - elsősorban az alapellátás orvosainak szánjuk, de belgyógyászoknak, kardiológusoknak is ajánljuk.
Téma: EKG eltérések non-invazív és invazív kardiológiai vizsgálatok tükrében
Az első napon felkért előadók 30-40 perces előadásban áttekintést adnak az elektrokardiológia egy-egy olyan témájáról, ami a mindennapi praxisban is problémát jelenthet, illetve gyakorlati haszonnal járhat. A napot az EKG Munkacsoport ülése zárja. A második napon olyan esetbemutatásokat beszélünk meg közösen, ahol az EKG eltérés diagnosztikai jelentőséggel bír. A jövőben is évenként szeretnénk megrendezni az EKG Napokat.
Program:
Szept. 25. hétfő
10-13 óra: Ritmuszavarok
- Ambulánsan (is) kezelhető ritmuszavarok – Dr. Zámolyi Károly oszt.vez.főorvos.
- Sürgősségi ellátást igénylő ritmuszavarok – Dr. Merkely Béla oszt.vez.egyet.docens
- Nem antiaritmiás gyógyszerek antiaritmiás hatásai - Prof. Dr. Rónaszéki Aladár oszt.vez.főorvos
- Ritmuszavarok nem gyógyszeres kezelése – Prof. Dr. Bőhm Ádám egyetemi tanár
14-16 óra: EKG alapismeretek
- Az ischaemiás szívbetegség különböző manifesztációi, azok EKG jelei, a kezelés alapelvei – Dr. Regős László oszt.vez.főorvos
- A pathológiás EKG hullámok strukturális és funkcionális háttere – Dr. Medvegy Mihály oszt.vez.főorvos
- EKG Munkacsoport ülés: EKG-val kapcsolatos kutatások megbeszélése
Szept. 26. kedd, 9-13 óra:
- EKG-val demonstrált esetismertetések közös megbeszélése.
Kiemelt téma: nők EKG eltéréssel (repolarizációs zavar) járó angina pectorisa és ennek kezelése (mivel a férfiakkal ellentétben kisebb arányban található a háttérben szignifikáns koszorúér elváltozás).
Bárki hozhat magával - sőt kifejezetten kérjük - érdekes EKG-t, s néhány percben ismertetheti esetüket. |
