28th. International Workshop of Phlebology
As many already know this workshop bears some specialties:
International character – in cooperation with other phlebological societies and the german professional association for lymphology - opinions from many countries are to be heard about, practical topics and courses, semi- live operation course, intimate atmosphere, each participant is also a referent, topic discussions without prepared lectures.
The convention has the form of a large round table talk without a program elaborated in detail. To each topic you can present your proposals or short lectures. The program, as ever before, is just globally outlined; the particular lectures are not listed, so there is still room for some surprise. The lectures are hold in English or German language, the beamer presentations are supposed to be shown parallel in both languages. A congress DVDs Frankfurt and Cancun/Mexico will be realeased every year, which you get at the congress.
Sincerely

Magyar Pszichiátriai Társaság 10th International Congress of the International Neuropsychiatric Association
Rendezvény kezdete: 2015.10.14.Rendezvény vége: 2015.10.16. Helyszín: Israel, Jerusalem, A rendezvény Web oldala: http://www.ina2015.com/ Welcome
It is our pleasure to welcome psychiatrists, neurologists, neurophysiologists, neuropsychologists and brain scientists from around the world to the 10th International Congress of the INA to be held in Jerusalem, Israel, October 14-16, 2015.
INA congresses have been held around the world in diverse cities such as Sydney Australia, Kyoto Japan, Cancun Mexico, Athens Greece, Toronto Canada, Chennai India, Buenos Aires Argentina and Chicago USA, always being a high-point in new developments in clinical and research knowledge. Neuropsychiatry just a few decades ago was considered an esoteric borderland between neurology and psychiatry. Outstanding developments in Alzheimer's research and the increasing recognition of the behavioral disorders of dementia began to change that. Then came findings that electroencephalography (EEG) and more recently magnetoencephalography (MEG) allowed mathematical analysis that promise to allow non-invasive objective diagnosis of brain state. Advanced imaging techniques such as MRI and PET have achieved such high-resolution that when combined with functional stimuli they are on the verge of clinical application in many psychiatric illnesses. Most exciting, the discovery that surgically implanted electrodes carrying deep stimulation of specific brain nuclei can alleviate intractable cases of Parkinson's disease and most recently depression and obsessive compulsive disorder have given hope for our most severe and pharmacologically resistant patients. Neuropsychiatry is an old-new field, combining the solid clinical insights of Lishman's organic psychiatry with the high-tech developments of transcranial brain stimulation.
The rise of the new brain stimulation therapies is one of the most unpredicted and exciting correlates of the slow down in the parallel field of psychopharmacology. Since the highly successful CINP psychopharmacology congress in April 2013 in Jerusalem, we hope to bring to INA in 2015 a large number of clinical psychiatrists, neurologists, neuropsychologists and neurophysiologists who want to learn about new treatment modalities and paradigms to add to current psychopharmacology .
See you in Jerusalem at INA 2015!
