MRI mozgásszervi tanfolyam klinikus vizsgálat-kérők és radiológus vizsgálók számára.
A Magyar Radiológusok Társasága Osteológiai Szekciója (MRT-OS) 4 napos (csütörtök–péntek–szombat-–vasárnap) továbbképző tanfolyamot rendez.
A tanfolyam ideje: 2013. március 21–március 24.
A tanfolyam helye: Fővárosi Uzsoki utcai Kórház előadóterme (1145 Budapest, Uzsoki u. 29.)
Jelentkezés módjai:
1. OFTEX portálon felhasználói névvel bejelentkezettek on line regisztrálhatnak, és itt megadhatják, kiegészíthetik számlázási adataikat, e-mail és telefon elérhetőségüket, amit kérünk, tegyenek meg.
2. E-mail jelentkezés alábbi mindkét cimre: mesteradam@t-online.hu és dorno@citromail.hu
Kérjük ebben megadni a pecsétszámot, akkreditációs egyetemet, e-mail címeket, munkahely és szakvizsga típusának megjelölését, postai levelezési címet, telefon elérhetőségeket, számlázási adatokat (szponzor kapcsolattartóját vagy esetleges vállakozásuk adatait). Kérjük annak megjelölését, kér-e csekket vagy számlaszámot átutaláshoz.
