Tisztelt MST-tag Kollégák!
A vezetőség 2014. május 15. (csütörtök) 14 órára tűzte ki a Társaság közgyűlését, amelyre meghívjuk, részvételére feltétlenül számítunk.
A közgyűlés után 15.30-tól Balassa János bicentenáriumi megemlékezés, majd 17 órától Balassa János emlékelőadás következik. A Balassa emlékelőadást idén
prof. Sándor József tartja. Előadásának címe: Határtalan sebészet

Helyszín: Magyar Tudományos Akadémia székházának Díszterme
(1051 Budapest, Széchenyi István tér 9.)
Regisztrálás 13 óra 30 perctől
A közgyűlés javasolt napirendje:
1. Elnökség beszámolója.
2. Előző évről szóló számviteli beszámoló, javaslat az éves költségvetésre
3. Ellenőrző bizottság és fegyelmi bizottság beszámolója.
4. Vita a beszámolókról és a költségvetésről, szavazás elfogadásukról.
5. Egyebek.
A közgyűlés határozatképességéhez a tagok 50%-a +1 fő jelenléte szükséges.
Amennyiben a fenti időpontban a közgyűlés nem lenne határozatképes, akkor a szabályok szerint azonos napirenddel újra össze kell hívni. Ennek értelmében a - szükség esetén - megismételt közgyűlést 2014. május 15-én 14 óra 15 percre hívjuk össze a fenti helyszínre. Ez esetben a határozatképesség a megjelentek létszámától független.
