A Magyar Transzplantációs Társaság idei, immáron XIII.
kongresszusa Balatonalmádiban kerül megrendezésre. Izgalmas év áll mögöttünk, a közelgő Eurotransplant csatlakozás a transzplantációs közösségen messze túlmutató társadalmi témává vált. Reményeink szerint a következő évtől már részleges tagként élvezhetjük a nemzetközi közösség előnyeit és azután még egy évvel teljes jogú tagokká válhatunk. A szakma lobbizásának köszönhetően a politika támogatását is megkaptuk ehhez az ambíciózus tervhez.
Növekedett az élődonoros átültetések száma és immáron harmadik alkalommal idén is lehetőségünk van angolul is megjelentetni a kongresszuson elhangzott tudományos témákat.
Ezzel is kiléptünk a nemzetközi porondra, idézhetővé
váltak a munkáink. A szervátültetés iránt érdeklődő kollégákat szeretettel várjuk a megszokott baráti hangulatot és kellemes légkört ígérő őszi Balaton partjára.
