A Semmelweis Egyetem Patológiai, Igazságügyi és Biztosítási Orvostani Intézet Nefropatológiai Munkacsoportja és a Belgyógyászati és Onkológiai Klinika nefrológusai örömmel hívják meg a nefrológiával foglalkozó orvosokat/kutatókat a Nefropatológiai Esetmegbeszélések soron következő előadására, melyet online szervezünk.

Esetek:
39 éves nő. MCTD/RA overlap syndrome, akut vesekárosodás és ISU kezelésre nem reagáló autoimmun betegség.
58 éves férfi. Colitis ulcerosa, CLL. Május óta rapid vesefunkció romlás, aktív vizeletüledék.
35 éves nő. Rutin labor kapcsán észlelték anaemiáját és vesefunkció csökkenést (GFR 20-40, kreatinin 150 umol/l). UPCR 676, UACR 361. Vizelet üledékben fehérvérsejtek, acanthocyták, egy-egy sejtes cilinder.
