A közgyűlés határozatképességéhez a tagok 50%-a +1 fő jelenléte szükséges. Amennyiben a fenti időpontban a közgyűlés nem lenne határozatképes, akkor a jogszabályok értelmében azonos napirenddel újra össze kell hívni. Ennek értelmében a - szükség esetén - megismételt közgyűlést 2017. március 17-én 17 óra 40 percre hívjuk össze a fenti helyszínre. A megismételt közgyűlés a megjelentek létszámától függetlenül határozatképes.
