On behalf of the department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Hand Surgery in the Erasmus MC in Rotterdam the Netherlands, we are sending you the course Esser Masterclass: LOCAL FLAPS.
Soft tissue coverage of the upper extremity continues to be a challenging and evolving field. The priorities in soft tissue reconstruction for the upper extremity are to restore form and function. In the era of free flaps, local flap coverage options for the upper extremity are sometimes forgotten. Therefore, we designed a two-day course (31 May- 1 June 2018) with theoretical and practical sessions offering a wide range of local flaps options for coverage of the upper extremity from fingertip to shoulder (http://www.essermasterclass.com >>). All practical sessions will be performed on fresh frozen cadavers with two participants per extremity.

A Magyar Mozgás- és Táncterápiás Egyesület (MMTE) fennállásának 25 éves évfordulója alkalmából,
2018. június 1-jén és 2-án kétnapos konferenciát szervez „Testre Bízva” címmel. Szeretettel várjuk közvetlen kollégáinkat, más terápiás egyesületek, valamint a társszakmák képviselőit, humán szakembereket, illetve mindenkit, akit érdekel a rendezvény. A konferencián előadások, gyakorlati műhelyek, kerekasztal beszélgetések, saját élményt nyújtó workshopok segítségével szeretnénk összegezni, hol tart, hová érkezett az egyesületünk, és a magyarországi mozgás- és táncterápia az elmúlt 25 év során.
Együttgondolkodásra, tapasztalatcserére hívunk mindenkit, akit érdekel a mozgás és általában a test szerepe a pszichoterápiás munkában. Várjuk azoknak a kollégáknak a jelentkezését, akik a rendezvény címéhez kapcsolódó előadással vagy műhellyel szeretnének részt venni a konferencián.
Plenáris előadók: Merényi Márta pszichodinamikus kiképző mozgás-és táncpszichoterapeuta és Bokor László kiképző pszichoanalitikus. A konferencián beszélgetünk Enyedi Ildikó filmrendezővel, a Testről és lélekről című filmje kapcsán.

2018-ban magyar sebészek lesznek a vendéglátók, Budapesten rendezik a Japán-Magyar-Lengyel Sebész Társaság harmadik Triangle Symposiumát, ez egyúttal a nyolcadik japán-magyar tudományos találkozót is jelenti. 2018-ban ünnepeli a világ Semmelweis Ignác születésének kétszázadik születésnapját. Az emlékév kimagasló eseményeként, az ő emlékére a Harmadik Triangle találkozó elnevezése: SEMMELWEIS SYMPOSIUM, jelmondata: Clean hands save life.

Connecting the Global Dermatological Community:
The 5th gathering of international experts and colleagues is planned for July 2017 and we extend this invitation to you to join us in Munich. ISA 2017 will once again present a unique and exciting platform where different cultures with a variety of approaches to skin diseases, varying access to and availability of treatment protocols, products and equipment will meet, learn and exchange. Emphasis is placed on the practical treatment of skin diseases, important in daily practice.
The entire spectrum of practical dermatology will be addressed including paediatric dermatology, infectious diseases, dermatosurgery, geriatric dermatology, aesthetic dermatology, laser treatment, leg ulcers and wound healing, dermatopathology, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, photodynamic therapy, fillers and botulinumtoxin, trichology. The highly successful Master Classes and hands-on courses will be on offer again.
