Venue - The First Annual QMP Reconstructive Surgery Symposium will be held at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis, Missouri, on Friday, September 28–30, 2007.
Program Objectives - At the conclusion of this symposium, participants should be able to discuss the clinical decision making and current techniques for various reconstructive surgery procedures of the head and neck, breast, extremity, and thorax and abdomen. Participants should also be able to explain safety considerations and how to avoid and manage complications and optimize results for these procedures. In addition, participants should be able to describe long-term results, benefits, and risks associated with these reconstructive surgery procedures.
Credit Designation - This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Cine-Med and Quality Medical Publishing, Inc. Cine-Med is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Cine-Med designates this educational activity for a maximum of 22 AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s}TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their particpation in the activity.

The first day will consist of a Master Course on Short Scar Face-lifting, including Live Surgery by prominent plastic surgeons who have been pioneering the short scar face-lifting techniques. There will be a Free Communications session open to surgeons wishing to share their experience on short scar facelifting.
The next 2 days will cover New Evolutions in Facial Aesthetic Surgery, again with live surgery, and lectures in the format of a teaching course from a the faculty. We like to stimulate the discussion by juxtaposing speakers with a different approach to the same subject. |
