Please note that registration to this meeting will be strictly limited to 270 participants!
In addition, a number of other limitations and deadlines should be taken into account:
Congress language
English is the official congress language for the EMDS meeting. All oral and poster presentations should be in English. No (simultaneous) translation to other languages will be foreseen.
Early Bird registration deadline: 31st May, 2011
Registration fees increase by € 100.00 after this deadline!

EMDS Travel award application deadline: 22nd June, 2011
Members of the EMDS (below the age of 35) are welcome to apply for EMDS Conference Travel Awards.

Submission of abstracts is limited to registered participants of the 2011 EMDS conference.

Reduced registration rate for EMDS members
EMDS members receive € 50.00 discount on the registration rate. The EMDS has an annual individual membership fee of € 25.00. The membership dues should be paid prior to the start of the EMDS meeting in order to take advantage of the reduced registration fee for members. Please bring proof of paid EMDS membership dues for 2011 with you to the registration desk at the EMDS 2011 meeting.
The membership registration form can be downloaded at the EMDS website.
Reduced registration rate for students
Students receive € 100.00 discount on the registration rate. The reduction for students is NOT cumulative with the reduction for EMDS membership. Please bring proof of studentship with you to the registration desk at the EMDS 2011 meeting.
Travel grants & Awards:
-Travel grants (max. € 800; sponsored by EMDS)
-Poster prizes (€ 200; sponsored by EMDS)
-Biannual EMDS prize (€ 5000; sponsored by Becton-Dickinson Biosciences)
