Társaságunk kétévente szervez eredeti előadásokra épülő tudományos kongresszust, melyeket hagyományosan témareferátumok, továbbképző jellegű összefoglaló előadások is színesítenek. A hagyományokhoz híven, idén is neves külföldi előadók, meghívásunkat elfogadva, érdekes tudományos előadásaikkal járulnak hozzá a Kongresszus programjához.
A kongresszus akkreditált lesz orvosok, klinikai biokémikusok és szakdolgozók számára.
A korábbi gyakorlatnak megfelelően előadások bejelentésére van lehetőség, mely előadások absztraktjait hazai szaklapban megjelentetjük.
Az absztraktokat legkésőbb 2018. június 1-ig küldjék el az MTHT elnökének e-mailben
(zsbereczky@med.unideb.hu).
Az absztrakt nyelve magyar, terjedelme 300 szó lehet (a cím és szerzők neveit kivéve). Ajánlott tagolás: háttér, módszerek, eredmények, következtetés.

2018. június 1-ig befizetve: 30.000,- Ft (MTHT tagoknak 25.000,- Ft)
2018. június 1 utáni befizetéssel: 35.000,- (tagoknak 30.000,-)

2018. szeptember 27-én és 28-án, Intézetünk „Fluorescence Guided Surgery” címmel workshopot rendez. A kurzus egynapos, 9-18 óráig tart, a résztvevők száma maximum 12 fő (jelentkezési sorrendben).

A tanfolyamot a japán Masashi Yoshida professzor vezeti. Rövid elméleti bevezető után, sertéseken különböző időtartamú bélkirekesztés, és rezekció történik. Az Indocyanine Green fluorescens (ICG) vizsgálatok jól demonstrálják a különböző időtartamú ischemia perfúziós következményeit. Az anastomosis készítés során a résztvevők megtapasztalhatják, hogy mennyire megnyugtató az általuk készített bélösszeköttetés vérkeringése. A hagyományos, ICG – vizsgálatra képes HyperEye Medical System mellett, használni fogjuk az eszköz legújabb változatát, a HyperEye Medical System III-t, mely már fluorescein fluorescens vizsgálatra is képes.
A kurzus célja, hogy felhívja a figyelmet az ICG vizsgálat jelentőségére, bemutassa technikáját és megtanítsa intraoperatív kivitelezését.

Tisztelt Kollégák!
Szeretnénk mindenki figyelmét felhívni, hogy a 2018.09.26-28-ig Szegeden megrendezésre kerülő Kötelező Szintentartó Továbbképzés regisztrációs határideje, a nagyszámú jelentkezőre való tekintettel meghosszabbításra került 09.21-ig. A tanfolyam egyetemi szervezés keretén belül valósul meg, így rendezvényszervező cég, illetve kiállítók nem vehetnék részt a rendezvényen. Mindenkinek önállón az OFTEXEN keresztül kell regisztrálnia és szállási lehetőségről gondoskodni.
Tekintettel a nagyszámú jelentkezésre és a férőhelyek korlátozott voltára, kérünk mindenkit, hogy időben gondoskodjon szállásról. A rendezvényt szakorvos jelöltek, rezidensek számára ingyenessé tettük, illetve azoknak is, akik a jogszabály alapján fizetési mentesség alá esnek. A tanfolyamot tesztvizsga zárja mely mind sebészet, mind plasztikai sebészet tekintetében megkapta az akkreditációt, elszámolható. Felhívjuk a kollégák figyelmét, hogy az új jogszabály szerint 75 éves korig a szakvizsga megújításának, érvényességének biztosítása miatt az akkreditált képzésen való részvétel ajánlott.

Minimally Invasive Thyroid Treatments (MITT) are increasingly applied in the clinical practice all over Europe for the treatment for benign and malignant thyroid diseases.
The MITT group has been founded in 2018 in Italy, to promote multidisciplinary partnership among physicians with different expertise who share the interest in MITT and to improve the clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic management of benign and malignant thyroid and parathyroid glands diseases.
During the 2024 MITT meeting, the present guidelines on both benign and malignant thyroid disease management will be presented, and the most widely used techniques for ablation will be presented by renowned experts in the field. Also, the most updated evidence on the application of MITT in benign thyroid nodules, autonomously functioning thyroid nodules, and malignant tumours will be illustrated.
Furthermore, a series of real-life clinical cases will be presented and discussed between the expert panel and the participants.
During the second day, the organization of a thyroid ablation clinical practice will be discussed, with particular focus on preoperative and postoperative patients’ management, possible type of anaesthesia, with the discussion of a video-recorded treatment.
In the end, a series of “hot topics” on minimally invasive treatments of the thyroid will be presented and discussed with the participants, including treatment of parathyroid adenomas, complications of MITT and their management, and the problem of nodule regrowth.
Hands-on workshops will also be available at the end of the meeting for those who will want to try the different available technologies and techniques on dedicated phantoms.
