Napról napra egyre jobban és jobban... A szuggesztiók természete.
A háromórás műhelyt Dr. Jakubovits Edit aneszteziológus, pszichoterapeuta tartja. Minden érdeklődő kollégát, diákot szívesen látunk!
Dr. Jakubovits Edit tapasztalatai alapján kerül áttekintésre és megvitatásra a szuggesztió fogalma, hatásai és törvényei. Az emberi létezés kezdetétől jelenlévő hatások, mint szuggesztív tényezők alakítják ki azt a mély, belső mag-hitrendszert, mely segít eligazodni és túlélni az adott környezetben. A koragyermekkorban spontán felvett negatív szuggesztiók interiorizálódnak, ennek révén autoszuggesztióként működnek tovább. A hipnózis, vagy bármiféle pszichoterápia csak akkor tud valódi változást hozni, ha elérik ezt a belső mag-hitrendszert. Így minden külső szuggesztió csak átmeneti hatással bírhat, és egy lehetőséget adhat ahhoz, hogy az egyén létrehozhassa saját maga változását, és végre önmaga lehessen.
