Tisztelt Tagtársunk!
A Magyar Gyermekaneszteziológiai és Intenzív Terápiás Társaság éves közgyűlését szokásosan az éves kongresszuson tartjuk. Idén a közgyűlésre a MGyAITT és MGyST közös kongresszusán 2019.04.26-án pénteken, 17:35 órától kerül sor.
A közgyűlés napirendi pontjai:

• Beszámolók (Elnök, Pénztáros, Felügyelő Bizottság, Alapítvány)

A közgyűlés helyszíne: Thermál Hotel Visegrád (2025 Visegrád Lepence völgy 2.) Achát+Smaragd+Opál rendezvénytermek (Workshop termek) a -1. szinten.
Amennyiben a közgyűlés határozatképtelen lenne, úgy azt 18:00-kor megismételjük, a jelenlévő tagok számától függetlenül.

A Társaság vezetősége 2019. április 26-án (pénteken) 18 óra 30 percre tűzte ki a Magyar Endokrinológiai és Anyagcsere Társaság közgyűlését, amelyre meghívjuk, részvételére feltétlenül számítunk.

Regisztrálás a közgyűlésre: 17 órától
Javasolt napirend:
1. Vezetőségi beszámoló
2. Előző évről szóló számviteli beszámoló, javaslat az éves költségvetésre
3. Vita a beszámolókról és a költségvetésről, szavazás elfogadásukról
4. A felügyelőbizottság (elnök, 2 tag, 1 póttag) megválasztása
5. Egyebek
A közgyűlés határozatképességéhez a tagok 50%-a +1 fő jelenléte szükséges. Amennyiben a fenti időpontban a közgyűlés nem lenne határozatképes, akkor a jogszabályok értelmében azonos napirenddel újra össze kell hívni. Ennek értel-mében a - szükség esetén - megismételt közgyűlést 2019. április 26-án 18 óra 50 percre hívjuk össze a fenti helyszínre. A megismételt közgyűlés a megjelentek létszámától függetlenül határozatképes.
