as Chairmen of the great upcoming event, promoted by ISL-International Society of Lymphology, we have the pleasure and the honour to welcome you all to the 29th ISL World Congress of Lymphology in 2023 (September 11-15).
The Congress will be held in the beautiful city of Genoa, an ancient Italian Maritime Republic. The Congress aim is to bring together the International Lymphology Community: scientists, physicians, surgeons, therapists, researchers, industry and healthcare providers will share the most updated news on a subject that is getting more and more attention.

You can look forward to an exciting Scientific Program spanning 5 days consisting of plenary lectures, expert panel discussions, free paper sessions, and instructional courses. A Special Section will be dedicated to Patients and their Associations. Satellite Symposia and Joint Sessions will be organized with other National, European and World related Societies.

Our Congress will take place at “Magazzini del Cotone”, the prestigious Conference Centre located in one of the historic piers of the Ancient Port of Genoa. FORTE, as the European Federation of Orthopaedic Trainees, represents the interests of European Orthopaedic Residents & Young Orthopaedic Surgeons, organizes scientific events and gives fellowship opportunities to its members. The last years, a European Orthopaedic Summer School specially designed for orthopaedic trainees with high motivation to improve their knowledge has been established by FORTE.

The Summer School aims to serve the needs of orthopaedic trainees of any stage; either as an annual update or as a preparation tool for National/European orthopaedic board exams. Exchange of ideas and comprehension of diversities between the different countries will be also encouraged, not only during the scientific sessions but also the social events.  

The previous edition of Summer School in Athens in July 2022 demonstrated a remarkable success due to the gathering of 50 renowned experts and more than 130 trainees from 20 different European Countries, in a highly scientific and friendly environment.

This unique scientific event could not be possible without the support of EFORT, of all major European Orthopaedic Subspecialty Societies (EORS, Eurospine, SECEC, FESSH, EHS, ESSKA, EFAS, EMSOS, EPOS) and most importantly the support of National Orthopaedic Societies.

We are proud to announce you the sixth edition of FORTE Summer School that is going to be held again in Athens, Greece, from July 24 - 28, 2023. As in the previous years, three levels of sponsorship are available:

- 1100€ - one registration with all-inclusive accommodation and meals

- 4000€ - four registrations with all-inclusive accommodation and meals

- 6700€ - seven registrations with all-inclusive accommodation and meals

*Larger group registrations (more than 7 participants): 950 € / participant
